1. Acceptance

By using EcomBuddy's website, tools or Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using our services.

2. Free Tools

Our web tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use by ecommerce sellers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool at any time. We are not liable for any losses caused by tool unavailability.

3. Chrome Extension License

Upon purchasing the EcomBuddy Meesho Automation Extension, you receive a non-transferable, single-user lifetime license. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the extension. The license is for one individual seller account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our tools to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate Meesho's or Flipkart's platform terms. EcomBuddy is not responsible for any account actions taken by Meesho or Flipkart against your seller account.

5. Refunds

We offer a 24-hour free trial before purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are issued after payment unless the extension fails to work on your system after reasonable troubleshooting. Contact support@ecombuddy.in within 7 days of purchase.
