1. Who We Are

EcomBuddy (ecombuddy.in) provides free ecommerce tools for Meesho sellers, Flipkart sellers and Indian online resellers. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Files You Upload

When you use our image or PDF tools, files are uploaded to our server only for processing. All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within 10 minutes of upload. We never store, read, analyse, sell or share your files.

3. Chrome Extension

The EcomBuddy Meesho Automation Chrome Extension runs entirely on your local browser. No product data, profile data or autofill data is ever transmitted to our servers. Your data stays on your computer at all times.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal analytics (page views only) to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. EcomBuddy never sees or stores your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data.
